SIHG Clinic supports patients in booking an online consultations with Singapore specialists, including:
- Translating the medical reports from Vietnamese to English
- Sending the medical report to the specialist before consulting
- Arranging the online consultation either at the SIHG general clinic or at the patient’s home
- Providing interpretation support throughout the consultation
- Translating the specialist’s medical report after the consultation from English to Vietnamese
- Other assistance (if needed) before, during and after the online consultation
Note: The consultation fee will be informed by SIHG general clinic on an individual basis, depending on the complexity of the medical condition and the actual duration of the consultation.
